Guardian is the customer and provider operating layer for security posture, risk, actions, human defence, external exposure, product health, investigations and evidence. Approved products, connectors and Damocles services provide the underlying security capability without turning the customer experience into a collection of vendor consoles.
Australian data residency
Guardian for Australian customers is built, operated and hosted in Australia. All Guardian customer and platform data, including backups and recovery copies, is maintained and stored within Australia.

How Guardian is structured
One operating layer, separate security products and explicit managed responsibilities.
Guardian does not pretend that a dashboard, endpoint product, vulnerability source, monitoring platform and managed analyst service are the same thing. The platform keeps the customer workflow consistent while each product retains its own technical scope, quantities, connector and service responsibility.
That separation matters commercially and operationally. A product can be connected without Damocles operating it; a managed product can place defined control responsibility with Damocles; and Aegis can add contracted monitoring, triage, investigation and escalation without implying unlimited incident response or engineering authority.

Platform visibility does not silently become unlimited service responsibility.
Product entitlement, monitored scope, users, endpoints, websites, targets, sources, ingestion, retention, service hours, response authority and managed activity are confirmed in the applicable proposal or package schedule.
A connected product does not automatically include Damocles operation, Aegis coverage, containment authority, incident response, remediation engineering or separately scoped professional services. Those responsibilities remain explicit before activation.
